Declaration of consent regarding the use of personal data

The DENSO WAVE EUROPE GmbH and we thank you for your interest in our newsletter.
We will process your personal information (first name, last name, email address) for the purpose of delivering our newsletter to you. The legal basis for this use is your consent given as part of the newsletter subscription process pursuant to Article 6, Section 1 a) and Article 2 GDPR, as well as Paragraph 7, Section 2, No. 3 of the German Fair Trade Practices Act (UWG).
By subscribing to our newsletter, you confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter at the email address provided by you and that you as the holder of this email address are the same person as the individual requesting the subscription and consenting to its receipt.

Information regarding products, services and promotions of DENSO WAVE EUROPE

I herewith consent to DENSO WAVE EUROPE processing my personal information in a database to submit specific product suggestions, as well as consulting and other services to me regarding all areas of activity of DENSO – Member of the Toyota Group. DENSO WAVE EUROPE shall be within its rights to also use address information from existing contractual relationships.
Initiating contact for the purpose of advertising the named products, services and promotions by DENSO WAVE EUROPE shall not be limited to postal contact, but may also include phone calls or emails.

Surveys for the purpose of market research and opinion polling

I consent to being contacted by DENSO WAVE EUROPE or a company commissioned by DENSO WAVE EUROPE as part of surveys for the purpose of market research and opinion polling. Contact may not be limited to postal contact, but may also include phone calls or online contact. The results of the surveys will be aggregated and anonymised for analysis.

Forwarding of personal data outside the European Economic Area

I expressly consent to the forwarding of my personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) pursuant to Paragraph 49, Section 1 (f) a, b GDPR. I am aware that a suitable level of protection for my personal data to the standard of GDPR may not be guaranteed in a third country. Notwithstanding, DENSO WAVE EUROPE – Member of Toyota Group – shall provide protection for personal data by carefully vetting clients and contractual partners locally and by entering into order processing contracts that specify a level of data protection similar to the level afforded by European legislation, where possible.

Data forwarding to partners, service providers and other third parties

DENSO WAVE EUROPE shall be within its rights to forward specific personal data to strategic partners and service providers, who collaborate with DENSO WAVE EUROPE for the purpose of providing products and services. Personal data may be forwarded for purposes including but not limited to data processing, the completion of customer orders, the ordering of products by logistics providers, the administration and maintenance of customer data, the provision of customer service, the assessment of your interest in our products and services, the activity of customer research and the execution of customer satisfaction surveys.

DENSO WAVE EUROPE furthermore reserves the right to forward all personal data to the relevant third party provider in case of the restructuring, a merger or the sale of DENSO WAVE EUROPE.

Revocation of consent
I was informed of the fact that my consent to the above is purely voluntary and may be revoked by me with future effect entirely or individually. In case of a revocation, my personal data will not be used for the above purposes from the time of receipt of my revocation – or in case of a partial revocation – will only be utilised within the scope of which my consent continues to apply. My consent shall apply without temporal limitation until such time as a revocation of my consent is received. The processing of personal data will furthermore only occur to the extent required for the fulfilment of relevant contractual requirements or in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. A revocation of consent must be sent by post or via email to info@denso-wave.eu or by fax.
