E-paper TAG
Paperless - for the love of the environment
Tired of inaccurate stock levels or falsified data? DENSO WAVE has the solution to your problem: electronic paper combined with RFID technology.
Our e-paper tags offer an environmentally friendly solution that increases efficiency and reduces paper consumption. They are ideal for manufacturing and the supply chain as they combine the visibility of paper with the benefits of RFID technology.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Simple visualisation.
With the RFID e-paper tag, the contents of a box or container are reproduced visually and digitised. For smooth tracking along the manufacturing and supply chain.
Automatic labelling.
The e-paper tag solution combines the "visibility of information" you know from paper slips used in the manufacturing process and supply chain with the convenience of RFID, which can read information quickly and automatically.
By replacing the paper slips attached to the pallet or return box with an e-paper tag, the data on the tag can be read and written with an RFID scanner. This allows you to work paperless and efficiently.
Reusable and time-saving.
The E-Paper Tags are reusable, minimising paper consumption in manufacturing and the supply chain. The integrated RFID technology ensures greater efficiency. In addition, the E-Paper Tag is battery-free.
Structure of the E-Paper Tag.
Our e-paper tags consist of two layers: the "Visible Information" layer and the "Information for System Management (EPC)" layer. The Visible Information layer displays the desired information, such as the management QR code and work procedures. The Information for System Management (EPC) layer is used to identify the product and assign a unique ID to each tag.
