E-paper TAG
Efficient and precise.
Are you fed up with inaccurate stock levels and incorrect data? DENSO WAVE offers you a solution: e-paper combined with RFID technology.
Our e-paper tags improve efficiency and reduce paper consumption by combining the visibility of paper labels with the benefits of RFID technology. They are particularly suitable for manufacturing and supply chain applications where accurate information and fast data processing are critical.
PRODUCT FEATURES
Simple visualisation.
With the RFID e-paper tag, the contents of a box or container are displayed both visually and digitally. This enables precise tracking along the manufacturing and supply chain.
Automatic labelling.
The e-paper tag solution combines the familiar visibility of paper labels with the advantages of RFID technology. RFID enables the information on the e-paper tag to be read and written quickly and automatically. Replacing paper labels on pallets or return boxes with e-paper tags enables efficient and paperless handling.
Reusable and time-saving.
The reusable e-paper tags reduce the need for paper labels in production and the supply chain. The integrated RFID technology increases efficiency. In addition, the e-paper tag does not require a battery, which minimises maintenance costs.
Structure of the E-Paper Tag.
Our e-paper tags consist of two layers: the ‘Visible Information’ layer and the ‘Information for System Management (EPC)’ layer. The ‘Visible Information’ layer displays the required information such as management QR codes and working procedures. The ‘Information for System Management (EPC)’ layer is used to identify the product and assign a unique ID to each tag.
