For us, this begins with a blunt look: How and where can our production or our DENSO WAVE auto-ID terminals become even better?
We already ask our trainees this question, because their eyes are not yet blind to the business. At the same time, we do not simply take their suggestions benevolently, only to reject them. If there is a 60% chance of success, they are implemented. Depending on how good the observation skills of the new employees are and on the level of their training, the training measures are then individually adapted to their gifts.
Hitozukuri is a system of lifelong learning that DENSO WAVE has firmly established through countless institutions and training programs.
